Shipments, delivery, changes and returns
Once the purchase is made, the order will be sent when we have confirmed that the chosen model is available and that your payment has been approved. We will do everything possible to process it as soon as possible. If it is not on the same day, it will be the next business day to make your purchase. Our delivery will be made during the following 15 calendar days after the purchase. There is the option to request an urgent shipment. If you are in a hurry, ask us for the additional cost that you would incur in firstname.lastname@example.org. The shipping costs for Spain peninsular are € 11.50 (normal shipments). For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and the rest of the countries, you can consult email@example.com. Please keep in mind that orders placed on Friday and during Saturday and Sunday will be prepared to be shipped the next business day. The National Holidays in Spain and the Principality of Andorra, can also cause delays in deliveries. Estimated delivery dates are calculated on business days. To ensure the highest security and speed, all orders are sent by private courier.
Deliveries are made during office hours and require a signature from the person receiving the shipment, to guarantee the safe reception of your Order. In the event that the CLIENT or the authorized person is not at the address designated for delivery or can not be delivered for other reasons, the transport company will contact the CUSTOMER to set an alternative delivery date . It is for this reason that we request a contact telephone number. The courier company will make 2 delivery attempts. If after 15 days, the CLIENT has not contacted the transport company, the order will be returned to our warehouses and the CUSTOMER must take charge of the shipping and return to our warehouses, as well as the possible associated management costs . In the purchase form, the CUSTOMER will be asked for a shipping address during normal business hours. MONICCI will not be responsible for the errors caused in the delivery, when the address indicated by the CLIENT does not adjust to the reality or have been omitted data necessary for the delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Returning or changing your order is very simple. You have a period of 15 calendar days from when you receive it to do so, but as long as it is in the same conditions that you bought it and with all its labels. If the item you have bought you like it but it does not convince you how it fits, do not worry, you can change your size or use another model.
